Self Help Lessons -
For parents who want to combine professional driving lessons with regular parental practice sessions

With the introduction of the new log book system for Queensland a lot more parents are going to have to become more proactive in the learning to drive process.

These driving lessons are aimed at showing parents how to teach their learners the correct driving habits and how to combine professional driving lessons with regular parental practice sessions without teaching bad driving habits or creating a stressful learning environment.

How the system works ....

The parent who will be conducting the practice driving sessions are invited along during a normal professional driving lesson. And rather then the trainer just instructing the learner, they will be involving the parent through each step along of the way. The parent is free to ask heaps of question and really get involved during the session.

Self Help lessons include how to teach

• Safe Driving Techniques
• Create positive teaching environments
* And Build a confident driver whos alert to the situations and dangers around them
We will also show you some great defensive driving techniques that may come in handy when teaching the novice driver

We ask that parents bring a note pad and pen to take notes and a list of any questions they may already have.

Self Help Lessons cost $65.00 for a 1 hour lesson.

Please note that Self Help lessons are only conducted
after 4.30pm on weekday and 7.30am - 5.30pm on Weekends
Self Help lessons also need to be booked in advance.
