Dear Brendon & Sandra,

I'm writing to thank you both very much for your help with getting my drivers license.

Brendon, your kindness, patience and sense of humour went a long way towards preserving my sanity! I knew how to operate a vehicle (I think?) before I started lessons with you, but you really taught me how to drive well. It also really helped when you explained why some obscure road rule was in place (there's always a logical reason) and how it would affect not just me as the driver of my car, but also the other drivers on the road. So thanks to you, I am more aware and comfortable driving now :)

Sandra, you were very helpful from the first time I contacted you and highly efficient in organising everything from lessons to test dates, which meant I could focus my energy on getting through the test instead of worrying about the details surrounding it. I was also very touched by your willingness to help me book a 2nd test after I'd finished lessons with your school (when most places would have said, Not my problem anymore, see ya later!) and was having trouble finding earlier dates for my test on the Qld Transport website :)

It was very stressful having only 3 months in which to transfer my foreign license over, but after a few weeks with you guys, I had the confidence that it was achievable. Having a driver's license means freedom, which is absolutely priceless to me. Thank you both so much for all the help you've given me in making that possible for me!

We recently helped a 76 year old from Forest Lake to obtain her licence, here's what her daughter (who orginised the lessons from Westen Australia) had to say...

"Thank you so much for looking after Mum and her license. We bought her a lovely little Getz and she's happy as Punch. Just having trouble reaching her on the phone 'cos she's always out buzzing around!!

It has been a whole week since I passed driving test! I never thought this day would ever happened! It wouldn’t have, if you had given up on me like the other instructors.

Now I can honestly say I feel safe and confident when driving my little beast. This could not have happened without your encouragement and much needed support! After 2 previous driving instructors and costly never-ending lessons I was going to give up. After my first lesson with you, you had discovered my weakness and used a strategy that was successful in building up my confidence, driving skills and road awareness.

You do so much more then teach driving skills but you also gave me the confidence to drive and most importantly you never gave up on me.

I would truly recommend Mark and Driver Education Brisbane to any future learner drives. I will miss our Saturday morning lessons and the many laughs we had on the way!
